We are looking for a Customer Service Executive (Email, Chat & Call Support) for International Inbound support in Johar Town, Lahore.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries about the product, pricing, and availability across all available channels
  • Work with internal teams such as purchasing, logistics and accounts teams to resolve customer queries
  • Exceptional communication skills preferably with a foreign accent.
  • Experience in Call Center Industry will be preferred.
  • Excellent skills in Customer Management.
  • Complaint Management & Escalation Process.
  • The candidate should be Target Oriented.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Candidates will be responsible for receiving inbound calls and RMA.
