We are looking for a Customer Service Executive (Email, Chat & Call Support) for International Inbound support in Johar Town, Lahore.
Role & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries about the product, pricing, and availability across all available channels
- Work with internal teams such as purchasing, logistics and accounts teams to resolve customer queries
- Exceptional communication skills preferably with a foreign accent.
- Experience in Call Center Industry will be preferred.
- Excellent skills in Customer Management.
- Complaint Management & Escalation Process.
- The candidate should be Target Oriented.
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Candidates will be responsible for receiving inbound calls and RMA.
- School fees reimbursement – 5000 PKR per kid up to 2 kids
