We are a fast-growing recruitment agency looking for a motivated and results-driven Management Trainee Officer to join our team. As an MTO, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, and setting up meetings with our recruiters.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential clients for our recruitment services
Make outbound calls to prospects to establish relationships and set up meetings
Collaborate with our recruiters to develop and implement sales strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales or business development is preferred, but fresh graduates with the necessary qualifications are also welcome to apply.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to make a compelling pitch over the phone
Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
